Swingalyzer does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party services. The app has no server component — nothing you record ever leaves your device unless you choose to share it yourself.
The app uses the camera to record video. Recording is silent: the app does not request or use microphone access, and the recordings contain no audio.
Videos and their editing data — reference lines, swing markers, and titles — are stored only in the app's own folder on your device. This folder is excluded from iCloud backup. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
You can import an existing video. The selection happens in Apple's system picker, outside the app; the app never gains access to your photo library, only to the single file you choose.
If you share a video to Swingalyzer from another app, a copy is placed in the app's own folder so that it remains available independently of the original.
Exporting produces a new video file and hands it to Apple's standard share sheet. You choose the recipient. The app itself transmits nothing.
If future versions of the app introduce new features that involve data processing, this policy will be updated accordingly before those features are released. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.

Swingalyzer erhebt, speichert und teilt keinerlei personenbezogene Daten. Es gibt keine Accounts, keine Werbung, keine Analyse-Tools, kein Tracking und keine Dienste von Drittanbietern. Die App hat keinen Serverteil — nichts, was du aufnimmst, verlässt dein Gerät, außer du teilst es selbst.
Die App nutzt die Kamera zur Videoaufnahme. Aufgenommen wird ohne Ton: Die App fordert keinen Mikrofonzugriff an, und die Aufnahmen enthalten keine Tonspur.
Videos und ihre Bearbeitungsdaten — Referenzlinien, Schwungmarker und Bezeichnungen — liegen ausschließlich im eigenen Ordner der App auf deinem Gerät. Dieser Ordner ist vom iCloud-Backup ausgenommen. Mit dem Löschen der App werden alle diese Daten gelöscht.
Du kannst ein vorhandenes Video importieren. Die Auswahl findet in Apples System-Auswahl außerhalb der App statt; die App erhält nie Zugriff auf deine Fotomediathek, sondern nur auf die eine Datei, die du auswählst.
Teilst du ein Video aus einer anderen App an Swingalyzer, wird eine Kopie im eigenen Ordner der App abgelegt, damit sie unabhängig vom Original erhalten bleibt.
Beim Export entsteht eine neue Videodatei, die an Apples Standard-Teilen-Dialog übergeben wird. Den Empfänger wählst du. Die App selbst überträgt nichts.
Sollten künftige Versionen der App neue Funktionen einführen, die eine Datenverarbeitung beinhalten, wird diese Erklärung vor deren Veröffentlichung entsprechend aktualisiert. Das „Stand“-Datum oben gibt immer die aktuelle Version wieder.
